Gisele Bundchen Appeals to Tom Brady to End His Playing Days

In a turn of events, Gisele Bundchen boldly came out to express her pain after Tom Brady decided to un-retire after just six weeks.

The couple had, at some point, come to an agreement about Tom Brady putting his career aside and focusing on family. However, six weeks into his retirement, Tom Brady decided to betray their arrangement and initiated plans to keep playing in the NFL.

In response to Tom Brady’s unforeseen change of heart, Gisele Bundchen expressed her disappointment and the possibility of her stepping out of the marriage if Tom Brady did not bend to her requests. According to her, the ultimatum was a result of her love for the family and Tom Brady.

Why Gisele Bundchen needed Tom Brady to retire

In an October 2022 talk with Elle, Gisele pointed out how American football was a violent game and her desire for Brady to spend more time with the kids. She also addressed the need for both of them to prioritize the kids even though they both had the liberty to enjoy what they love doing best.

In further discussions, Gisele talked about her sacrifices for the family. She reminisced about her move to Boston in support of Brady’s career and her commitment to creating a safe space for the kids to develop. She felt she had put in so much in support of the kids’ and Brady’s success and now needed him to be there for them.

The couple tied the knot in 2009 and were blessed with two kids: a son called Benjamin and a daughter named Vivian. Gisele Bundchen had been on Brady’s side for over 10 years before Tom Brady’s career became a pain in the neck.

The Aftermath

Tom Brady did not heed Gisele’s warning and went back to playing in the NFL. The two were then spotted without their rings on, and reports indicated that they had already hired divorce lawyers to finalize their separation.
