After two blissful and successful marriage ceremonies, the ‘Avengers’ icon Chris Evans has been vocal about enjoying life together with his wife, Alba Baptista. He made his relationship status known while at the 2023 New York Comic Con.
At the event, Chris Evans wore a broad smile and said, “I got married.” The attendees cheered him on, and he followed through with the statement, “It was really really great.”
Chris Evans also pointed out how planning a wedding requires a lot. He also talked about him and Alba Baptista taking time to enjoy and relax right after the two wedding ceremonies. They are enjoying life as they await autumn, Chris Evans’s favorite season.
Chris Evans and Alba Baptista’s Wedding Ceremonies
The first wedding ceremony went down in Cape Cod, the east coast. That was on the 9th of September, 2023. The ceremony included several of Chris Evans’s A-list friends. Everyone enjoyed good music and danced into the night.
Following the first ceremony, the couple proceeded to Portugal and had another ceremony. Alba Baptista, the Warrior Nun superstar, is Portuguese. Chris Evans described the ceremony as beautiful and wonderful.
For a long time, Chris Evans hinted at wanting to get married and settling down. However, no clear indicators are pointing towards him tying the knot with Alba Baptista. Their relationship had been kept quite private.
Their Rather Private Relationship
Baptista and Evans’s relationship kicked off in January 2022. However, they kept their relationship off the limelight.
It was not until November of 2022 that some media sources caught wind of their private relationship. It was made public that Chris and his family were pleased with Alba Baptista, and Chris was finally in love.
After being named ‘PEOPLE’s sexiest man alive” in 2022, he was vocal about his desire to settle down and build a family with someone. Though, he was not particular and did not mention Alba Baptista.
During his talk with PEOPLE, he talked about the core pointer of memories for many other legends, including painters, actors, and even writers. He strongly expressed his thoughts about family and the love the experts experienced and shared as the core reasons why people remember them.
Just like most of the experts he had read about, he wanted to build a family, find love, and share love. And when he found Alba Baptista, he felt he’d finally found the right person to settle down with. True to his desires, he’s found love in Baptista, and he is not hiding it.
